How to order
Making a purchase is easy. Just browse our online shop, and click the 'Add to cart' button alongside any items that you wish to buy. After you have finished choosing, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details to complete the order. When we have received your order details we will send you a confirmation email to let you know that it is being processed and advise of delivery times. We will email you again to let you know that your order has been dispatched.
Payment
You can pay for your Laikingland goods online using a credit or debit card. We accept all major credit cards through paypal. If you do not wish to pay for your goods online we can accept payment by cheque. Please make cheques payable to 'Laikingland' and send to us at our contact address (below). Please note that goods cannot be sent out until funds have cleared.
Delivery
UK delivery: We dispatch items in stock by Royal Mail Special Delivery within five working days of receiving your order. If your order is urgent please let us know and we will try our best to meet any deadlines.
Overseas delivery: We send items overseas using Royal Mail International signed for service. Your items will be dispatched within five working days of receiving your order.
UK post and packing charges: £9.00 per machine
Europe post and packaging charges: £14.00 per machine
The rest of the world post and packaging charges: £19.00 per machine
International postage will NOT include duty, taxes or other customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your postal service regarding customs fees you may incur.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to change your mind. If you are unhappy in any way simply email us in the first instance, then return the item to us (we recommend using a guaranteed postal service) for a full refund. We do not refund the cost of postage and packing.
Items must be unused and in a condition to be re-sold.
We will refund you as a soon as we receive the item and you will be informed by email when this has taken place.
Security and Privacy
When you place an order with Laikingland we ask for information such as your name, email address, delivery address and contact details. We use paypal to process all payments and never have direct access to your credit/debit card details. You do not need a paypal account to make a payment.
We keep a record of some of your information, such as your contact details, purchases with us and any email correspondence you send us. This helps us to process your order efficiently, deal with any queries you may have and track any concerns you may have had with our products or services. We do not disclose your details to any third parties but may, from time to time, use your information for our own marketing purposes.
